What is your photography and videography style?
I’d call my style editorial and journalistic, with some modern fine art touches. I like to shoot the type of photos that you can find in magazines with cinematic quality video footage. I’ll often use different types of lighting sources and interesting angles for portraits. I love color and will shoot and edit in a way that will make colors pop and keep the skin tones vibrant and beautiful.
I also love to get a lot of candid and fun shots. You will often find myself or one of my team shooters standing in the middle of the dance floor shooting all the action and dancing during receptions. I want you to feel the moment we have captured when you look at your photos and video years from now.
What are your prices?
My wedding collections start at $3500 and all collections include a complimentary Engagement Session & Wedding Album. Please contact me here for more info or call 404-952-3809.
What type of equipment do you use?
I use full frame, professional Nikon bodies for photography, and Panasonic 4K mirrorless bodies for videography. In addition to the camera bodies I also have a variety of professional Nikon and Rokinon lenses.
For lighting, I have a variety of strobes, speedlights and video LED lights fit for any lighting situation. I also carry colored gels, softboxes, grids and other accessories to provide creative lighting anywhere I want. We can also create gorgeous images using natural and ambient light as well.
Do you have business insurance?
I sure do! I carry business liability insurance and I’m happy to provide you and your venue with a copy of it.
Do you provide RAW files?
I do not. I provide you with ALL of your photos from your day that are deemed quality. I will edit your photos and provide them as high resolution digital files for you. The only shots that I will exclude are the test shots, exact duplicates or the ones that simply don’t turn out.
RAW files need specific software to open and they are not completed images. I never want to provide our clients with incomplete work, so that is why I do not give out RAWs.
Have you shot at our venue before?
I have shot at a ton of venues around the Atlanta area as well as out of state. But there are hundreds of venues in Atlanta alone. So there is a chance I have not shot at your particular venue just yet. If the venue is new to me, I will visit the venue weeks before your wedding and do a walk-through to find the best places for photos.

Please send an email to Karice@KaeColeMedia.com, call 404-952-3809 or CLICK HERE TO SEND ME A MESSAGE to discuss booking me and my team for your big day. A signed contract and non-refundable retainer will be due in order to reserve my services. The retainer will be deducted from your final balance.
Can you hold my wedding date?
The only way to ensure that you have a confirmed booking for your wedding date is to sign your contract and pay your retainer. I cannot hold dates unless those two items have been completed.
When will I receive my images?
Engagement session photos are delivered within 14 days from the date of the shoot. Digital images, albums and prints are delivered 6 weeks from the date of your wedding.
How many images will I get?
Your engagement session will include 20 to 30 images. Your online wedding gallery and flash drive will include 300 to 800 images depending on how many hours you hire me for. The more hours you hire me for, the more photos you will end up with. Your album will showcase up to 80 images.
Will I get a Sneak Peak or Preview of my photos?
Yes! I understand that you are excited about seeing your wedding photos and I enjoy posting sneak peaks for you to see. A Sneak Peak gallery will usually contain around 10-15 images. These are posted on our Facebook page 1-3 days after your wedding day. These images are watermarked and are meant for sharing with your friends and family on social media. The images of the full and final gallery will not be watermarked.
Will you edit my photos?
Of course! All of your images will be lightly retouched and color corrected personally by me to ensure that the “natural you” looks your best. I do not outsource my editing or pay someone else to do it. Your photos will be hand-edited by me and me only. Additional detailed retouching is available for a fee. Please speak with me directly if this is needed.
Will you travel?
Most definitely! For destination weddings, the travel fee will be a round trip flight and 2 nights stay at your hotel (night before and night of your wedding).
